Integrating current help desk with Get Satisfaction
Is it possible to integrate Get Satisfaction with our current help desk? We are currently using Kayako.

While we haven't done a pre-fab integration with Kayako yet, we've made Get Satisfaction easy to integrate with just about any system. Our open API and configurable, customizable widgets make it a snap to integrate user experience as well as data flows.

Hey Thor,
We are thinking of moving our help desk to a different service, so I wonder is there a way that we could put a link to our Get Satisfaction page on our support homepage? This way we could get our community building while we figure out which direction we are going with our help desk, before we integrate. Is that possible? -
Inappropriate?From our standpoint this is no problem at all. If your current support home page is hosted by Kayako, of course, you'll have to use their tools or customize your installation to add the community link to the page. I don't know much about Kayako's tools so can't really add much help there, but I'd imagine it's pretty straightforward.
