Is it possible to reopen the issue?
Is it possible to reopen the issue? I reported a problem, company marked it as solved, but it is not solved...

Inappropriate?Well, unfortunately, this is one of those rare situations where the company seems to want to mark it as solved even though it may not really be solved. I can see your frustration here. The problem does not appear to be solved yet. But, I don't want to overrule what the company has done.
Note that we left a little wiggle room in the language for this. "The company marked this problem as solved." Not "This is solved." We did that to encompass this type of situation. Although it isn't as satisfying to have it end like this, it does happen occasionally.
I'll jump in and see if I can help. -
Isn't it a kind of omission? I used many bug/issuetrackers and can't recall any without "reopen"... -
We don't have "closed" topics in our system. Employees can definitely change the status of topics. They can reopen it. -
Hi Mekk, You can also continue to add to the topic. Being marked as "solved" doesn't mean it's literally "closed". So if you disagree with the status a company has set on an issue, you can add another reply and let the company know.
