Is it possible to set up a private help center for company internal use?
This isn't your primary use case, but we'd like to use the Help Center for collaboration within our company. The features lend well to sharing ideas, questions, discussion amongst ourselves.
The only thing is we'd like to be able to discuss matters from time to time that aren't viewable publicly. Is that an option?

Inappropriate? It's possible that we could go in that direction and offer team collaboration features at some point in the future, but in the short term we're very focused on public interaction, and mostly in the service of customer service. We'll be including ways for companies to mask sensitive or private information (account numbers, team notes on topics, etc.), but as it stands now, all of the Help Center interactions are mirrored (and public) on our site.
I’m hoping this helps

Inappropriate?I'm brand newbie to getsatisfaction so not 100% sure of the rules etc.
I can suggest a similar service that does offer private collaboration but don't want to mention it if this is not allowed..
I'd mainly like to get input/opinion on the other product vs getsatisfaction -
Inappropriate?yes Eric, please go in that direction, this would be ideal and very attractive a semi( customizable) private solution. Tho I think that having a public window also brings up interested and potential customers. So being listed as a company using your product, by all mean yes.
including branding in some ways would also be fantastic.
