Is the Starter Package coming back?
Are there any plans to bring back the starter plan? Having set this up on one of our web sites, we have finally got sign off for another of our sites, but the starter package is now not available which means we won't be able to use it, as sign off for the Basic package is unlikely. This means we may also have to drop get satisfaction from the site with the starter plan too if that is not going to be available when we have to renew.
I do hope the lower cost option isn't gone forever.

Inappropriate?Hi, Gary! We are constantly reconsidering our pricing packages, and definitely recognize that we have a number of smaller organizations in our system that need a lower price point for Get Satisfaction to be effective.

Inappropriate?Any updates on this? The $99 per month costs is simply not possible for some businesses like mine. I really like the site and want to use it, but need a few more features like moderation to make it really work. What used to be the price of the starter package? Can we bring it back soon?

Inappropriate?I think that is a large missed opportunity and I feel that there are many that feel the same way. I would sign-up today if there was a cheaper package.

As a tiny company, I'd love to see a full featured offering (maybe without API access, helpdesk ticketing) based on volume - number of moderators, number of new messages per month. Volume of activiy is a good way to gauge value and ability to pay.
