Is there an RSS feed which includes entries for every topic and every reply for a company?
We are using Satisfaction for our company's customer service. I have found the RSS feed for new topics but the only way of getting updated on new replies to topics is to visit getsatisfaction.com and explicitly follow the thread, which will subsequently email me. This is somewhat tedious to say the least.
I would really like -- need even -- an RSS feed which contains all new topics and every reply for our company. Is this possible?

Inappropriate?There certainly is. On your company's main Satisfaction page you'll see the RSS icon under the title "Recently active topics in..." -- to the right of the Topic category filtering links. Here's a Satisfaction topic about RSS feeds with more info. Be sure to read Lane's reply to my original post.

For our next cycle Cameron is going to be developing the ability to follow companies and products like you can currently do with Topics.
Using that you'll be able to construct a personalized RSS feed that contains just what content you want.

Inappropriate?hi, olly. we're working on it! we've been getting a lot of requests from companies with smaller numbers of topics for a notification feature for both all new topics (already there) *and* all new replies as well. and this makes me think we should include it as an rss feed as well.
it's on the schedule for soonish; wish i could do better with the timeline for you, but it's a bit up in the air at the moment as we're reshuffling some priorities (life of a startup...) as soon as we've got it nailed down and done, i'll make sure you're the first to know. -
