Is there any way to contact a company that does not appear on the company search list?

I have been trying to contact Newton Peripherals about their MoGo Mouse product, with no success so far. I hoped I could contact someone through this path, but they aren't listed in the company search. I've sent my information to their Global Helpdesk, I've called their Helpdesk (no person has answered in a dozen calls, with no replies to my messages). I've even tried escalating through their sales channels, but no luck yet, after weeks of waiting. At this point, I don't know what else to do.
