Is there automated email disguising for posts?

I noticed, in one of the topics that I was reading that employees were typing email addresses in various ways to try and disguise them from automated systems.. Does GetSat not have an way of disguising email addresses automatically that people post in the forum? Spam and privacy are both a major concern when posting addresses.
