Our new plans are launching on Monday, March 1st. We're sending out an email today to all our existing customers with some preliminary info. For a full description of our new plans and a live Q&A session with yours truly, please join us next Wednesday at 10:30 a.m PST for our New Plans webcast. A sneak peak:
The Get Satisfaction team has been working hard behind the scenes to make our benefits more accessible to companies of all sizes. Here's a preview:
- Our new entry-level plan "Start" will include moderation tools for a first moderator starting at $19/month.
- All premium plans allow customer champions to be made moderators.
- A limited version of our single sign-on feature will now be available starting with our "Connect" plan at $89/month.
- Our CRM-ready "Integrate" package provides access to user data for $289/month.

All the changes will be good - we're adding features to each package. For clarity, the Manage plan will be called Connect. The biggest feature this plan is getting is Single Sign-On.
There will be a three month grace period for folks on current plans to change to a different plan.
