No, we don't have a Joomla module. We do have the Help Center, which is a PHP app that people can install on their own site, and we have widgets that pull topics from our site that can be dropped onto a Web site. Plus, we have an API, with which people can build whatever they want.

I haven't played with it yet so I can't speak to how it works, but I can say that I have had great experience with their products so far. -

We have been looking at creating a user voice extension, but after taking a good look at getsatisfaction I am leaning toward using this instead.

Thanks for the response.
Mainly I would like to know if you mind if we used some of the code from the help center (is there a demo of it?), and if there was someone you could put us in touch with that we could bounce questions off if we hit any roadblocks.
p.s. Just to let you know, we won't be able to jump on this immediately as we have a couple of big projects underway, but I spotted this thread and though I would throw our hat in the ring.
