Inappropriate?Yousef, can you post the URL where Help Center is running. I want to have a look myself to help debug it.

Inappropriate?I believe I understand the issue now, I'm just not certain where to correct this in the API. From what I can tell, the API is interpreting the apostrophe as an escape character, and replacing it with â€TM every time it appears. From what I have read, this can be corrected by changing the character set encoding to UTF-8. If that's the case, is there a universal settings .php file I can place a line of code in to correct this on all of the pages?
Thanks!

Inappropriate?I've been looking into this issue again recently, and discovered that it might also be the MySQL encoding settings, here's a link to one of the articles I've read on this topic:

Any other ideas?

Inappropriate?I too have a problem with ( â€TM). Here is where it occurs:
In Microsoft Word, the apostrophe is displayed as a circle with an inward leaning hook on the right side. Open Microsoft word and enlarge an apostrophe to see an apostrophe displayed.
The problem occurs when a document in Microsoft word is copied & pasted into another application. Instead of displaying the apostrophe correctly, the apostrophe is displayed as this character: ( â€TM ) For example in the contraction: don't, is instead displayed as donâ€TMt.
If you noticed in the body of this document, the apostrophe is displayed as a small mark ( ' ), not the full circle & hook as used in Microsoft Word.
The question is how do I change, within Microsoft Word, the apostrophe to be displayed as a simple mark ( ' ) and not the full circle & hook default Microsoft Word uses?
Thanks for any suggestions

This is a topic about Get Satisfaction, not MS Word. You might want to start a topic in the Microsoft section: http://getsatisfaction.com/microsoft
