During Forgot Password Process, I Never Receive Email with New Password

Logging in problem, for some reason when I come to the "Get Satisfaction" page to write questions. Before I can post it, I have to log in. When I do, it gives me a password error. When I click the "forgot password" link to have it sent to my email, nothing comes in therefore forcing me to create a new account with a different email. How can I get this corrected. This is great stuff. Thanks
