Login Issue with MSN leading to 2 user accounts
I've have ended up with 2 logins. I had one that I was using by logging in through MSN which would not let me login today. So I tried to use the Twitter login, which has created a new profile despite both services using the same email address.
I still can't login with MSN, I just get sent a code each time saying
"We're sorry you ran into trouble logging into Get Satisfaction. Here's the special code we promised we'd send you:"
I see no such promise when I try to login, and nowhere to put this code in.
How do I resolve the MSN login issue, and can the new twitter based login be merged into the original one?

Inappropriate?Let's try to get this figured out. I do see these two accounts. However, they do have different email addresses. I will need to ask someone on our dev team to look into that message and code problem. Thanks for your patience. Will try to get this sorted for you.

Inappropriate?Thanks for the prompt response. I've had another look and can see that for some reason I did originally sign up with my business email. When you merge the accounts can you use the lopek.com email address if possible - although would be better to have the original user as has far more history.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to merge accounts. We can add an email address to an account, and I can close an account, but I can't merge.

Inappropriate?OK, can you add my lopek.com email address to my original user - and confirm how I log into it - and close this account. This account only has one issue other than this associated with it which is resolved, whereas the other is involved in a number of still open accounts.
