Login problems
my email address is in the system but I can't login and I can't get my password reset - please advise. I'm trying to get into my account.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem, too.
I cannot reregister with the same email (so I now did with another), and resetting the password doesn't work. I get the reset-URL, but after entering a new password I get the following error:
Your password couldn't be reset:
Canonical name has already been taken
I'll email you the account information, Amy.

Inappropriate?I'm also having this problem; I created a new account to get help on it.
This is me:

The login page fails using that e-mail address ( angelo [at] gongzero [dot] com), and trying to reset my password gives me an error stating that my e-mail address is not in the system. However, if I try to make a new account using that same address, I get an error stating that my e-mail address is linked to another account.
Would you look into this for me?

Still no luck in logging in with my original credentials. I would prefer to retrieve that original profile. Is there anything I can do on my end that might give you more clues as to why this is happening?
