Look at answered questions etc.
Hi Get Satisfaction team,
we do need more options on filtering, choosing, searching & finding topics.
I don't know if somehow has proposed this before, but I'm sure at least I didn't yet.
I don't know from where (the home page, the dashboard or the company's "space"), but from somewhere one should be able to find the following (both for all companies / products, but also for just a single company):
* Answered questions
* Implemented ideas (or something like that, I know there's not yet a label like with questions, right?)
* Solved problems
* "Closed" discussions (not yet there, too, yes, but I think we'd need that really!)
Of course you could add some statistics to that for the companies (how many questions answered in Q1, month 4 or year 2008)...but this is described elsewhere in detail already...
As a question related to this, I want to ask, if it is planned to relocate the "Topic search" field to a more prominent place etc.? I know I wanted to make a topic about it, but I didn't.
But maybe this is on your to-do list anyway, or don't you see the point about it?
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards.

Inappropriate?Hi Philipp,
Thanks again for the ideas. We are actually working on a whole host of filtering tools that will be bundled with some new tools for companies that we'll be releasing. We've been thinking about it lately in terms of how it would be useful for company reps but I can see how some of that would be useful or at least interesting to customers too.
I agree on the topic search. I actually had to be reminded earlier today that it was even there!

You always have to keep in mind that "customers" are (here) also often company reps at the same time and vice versa! ;) -
I have to add, there should be some functionality like that of course also for "unanswered" questions / "not-considered yet" ideas / "unsolved" problems etc.! -
Yes, you're right.
And yes, all kinds of filters!
