Losing hair over Help Center set up
We have been attempting to set up HC on a subdomain (help.zyb.com).
We have everything installed, added the Auths etc. When we go to https://help.zyb.com/admin-findsite.php, we are asked to allow the API, which we do. After that, we see a blank page.
If we go directly to the minidashboard.php page (http or https) we get a blank page
If we go directly to https://help.zyb.com/handle-oauth-ret... we get a "It looks like something went wrong. Start over at the Help Center Home Page" page, and all of the links lead to blank pages.
If we sign in from that page, we get taken to GS, but not returned...
all very frustrating, any help would be appreciated...

Inappropriate?Hi Adam. I'm sorry you're having this trouble. Let's see if we can diagnose it. Can you check your web server's error logs? Whenever the "It looks like something went wrong" page appears, it should make a note in the error log, which will help greatly.
It could be something such as a database connection problem, or a problem with the 3rd-party PHP packages (maybe wrong versions or something).
Let me know if you can get at the error log. -

Inappropriate?Ezra, it's hKit complaining about invalid xml - is the most likely cause that we have some API endpoints configured wrong maybe?
