Make it cheaper or have a fourth plan?
I have an open source project that I have been working on and used Get Satisfaction for. It's been working great! However, I wish I had the premium tools. I don't need 10,000 API Calls/Day, 10,000 Visitors/Month, I only need me, 1 moderator and employee, and I don't care if there was or wasn't ads.
I only wish I could have the premium tools :\ but for a personal open source project that gains no revenue at all almost 2,000 a year is too high. Considering my site has no ads and no revenue is generated from it even with quite a few visitors daily/monthly.
I just wish there was a fourth level between the $0 and $150 that would let you have access to premium options.

Inappropriate?Have you checked out our Starter Package? It's made just for bootstrapping start-up types. It's $49/month and includes the functionality of the Basic Package but is limited to one moderator and 1,000 unique visitors per month. It is also ad-free.
