Make the 'Log In' link on the page banner use FastPass.
At the moment, whenever you are on a community using FastPass and you try to do an action requiring a log-in you are prompted to use the FastPass login. However, deciding to log in using the "Log in" link in the top banner only gives the option to use Get Satisfaction accounts, and not (as I would expect) the FastPass login.
Could this be changed, or at least an option given to change it, for communities who want to encourage users to use FastPass in all instances (but still obviously give the 'use GSFN account' option for those who don't want to or who don't have a user account.

Inappropriate? You make a good point. What we're looking at doing is removing the login/register link altogether for people passed in via FastPass, since they're semi-signed in already. They'll then either be fully logged in whenever they take some action. I believe this will solve the problem you mention.
Do you agree? -
By the sounds of it that's the behaviour I'd expect for people arriving via FastPass, but currently if you visit the site without FastPass you are given a 'Use FastPass' dialog for logging in if you do any action except click the login link in the top bar. -
Ah, I see your point. And you're right--this should be a consistent experience. I've just added this to our development queue for ASAP addressing. Thanks!
