Maybe the site name should be changed to Get Satisfaction.
It's bad that Computer World put the wrong URL in a story, but it's understandable since they had to contend with three identifiers in the first place.
Search the web/blogs and you'll see that most people don't know what to call the site/company/corporation. Heck, I don't even know what to call it myself.
The more people who like this idea, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate?Great point, and that article definitely is a great Exhibit A for you. We've actually been in the process of phasing out Satisfaction Unlimited as we change the company name to Get Satisfaction. We should see this start to fade away as an issue early next year.
Now if we can just get Lane to change his name to "Monstro" once and for all... :P
I’m craving simplicity, too

Inappropriate?ideally, once the company name is changed to "get satisfaction, inc." and the "unlimited" has disappeared, the problem will be largely solved, since the issue is always an URL one, and since, once that's happened, whether people say "satisfaction" or "get satisfaction" they'll always be right.
I’m satisfied/getting satisfaction

Inappropriate?Cool! And it only took a year for everyone to agree. :)
What's the plan for the logo? It would be a little fugly an long to add a "GET" in the main banner, but maybe there could be a second version with the URL built in somewhere. Maybe the bottom black banner section?
I’m happy with all things satisfaction
-
Inappropriate?I think we should turn the logo into an animated gif, where "get" is spinning behind the banner and has a glitter trail.
It'll bring in the myspace crowd.
Also, the black portion of the banner on the bottom should read "Thx 4 the add"

Inappropriate?I think we could actually download a pre-made version of that logo from Satisfaction.com
