Misleading Error Message
In the standard Get Satisfaction widget, if the user fills out only the "Describe Your Idea" section, but no other fields, you give a cryptic "There was a problem sending your feedback. Please try again." error message, which to me sounds like there was a network error. It should instead give a validation error. Please fix :)

Inappropriate?I was demonstrating the widget to our support team and got this error message. I had not added a short title but I (and the rest of the group) assumed GetSatisfaction was down. Not a good perception.
I completely agree with borismus. The error message reads as if something is broken. I was half way through raising a problem topic when I noticed this thread.
I'm concerned that I'm not receiving topics because of this wording. Any idea on a time frame for fixing this?
I’m anxious

Inappropriate?I don't have a time frame for this fix, but I'll try to get one.

Thanks, Eric. Much appreciated! -
Inappropriate?Hi, please fix this. Looks kinda bad and blames the user rather than us.
I’m sad for poor users who get confused by this message
-
Inappropriate?I've put in a request for this.
