Missing email notification of new issue posted on my company page
I didn't get an email notification about an issue posted on my company's page. I just got an email about a posting that the user made today because he was frustrated about something he initially reported 8 days ago (though I *never* got an email notification about it, not in spam or trash or inbox or all mail).

Inappropriate?Sorry for the frustration. I will need to check with some folks and dig around to see if this was an isolated case. If you missed a notification, we definitely want to pinpoint why. More when I know more.

As a backup solution to make sure nothing's falling through the cracks, you can also sort the list of topics in your company's community page by "unanswered":

Or you can click on "Management" to see a different view of the topics and then filter topics with more refined controls like, "View topics without an employee response".

Of course, we expect email notifications to work, but these other tactics can give you that added security of knowing that nothing has gone unaddressed.

Inappropriate?We're having similar issues. We added two new services to our company and for those services we are only getting notifications for replies, not for the initial topics.

Inappropriate?That's odd. And you definitely have your user account settings set to receive notifications of all new topics? (You can find that in your personal Account Settings area). And you added these as services under the company you're already a registered employee of here on GS?

Inappropriate?Yes, my settings still show that I am set up to receive notifications of all new topics (and replies), which hasn't changed since I set up my account.

Inappropriate?I'm logging this as a ticket in our bug system because it seems like we may have two instances of this. I am not sure, but I would like our dev team to take a look if possible.
