I love this new widget! Aside from the tab, will this be available as a static widget that can be embedded and always visible (like on a help page)?

If you desire to do a little hacking on your own, you could pretty easily have an 'always open' widget on your help page.
You simply need to include an iframe on your help page that loads, for example: http://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfa...
