More Status options for responses to Questions?
Can I customize the status options when I respond to a question? Most of the time I answer a question with another question to get more information from my customer. But the only way I can classify my response is by saying that I "Answered the question" or the "Question doesn't need answering" - both have the risk of putting off customers when I didn't actually answer the question.

often, I'll change something that's a question into an idea or a problem, so that I can track things as "in progress". We've definitely gone around the office a few times with the terminology and how to best escalate/interpret community topics the clearest ways possible.

Thanks Miz. I can't see adding to my Problem count and an Idea seems like a stretch. If you're mulling it over in the office, I'd request that you just add a status called "In Progress" or something like that. (and you can change this post into an Idea if you want :).
