My Company does not appear, no answer from GS

My company "Oliver Ruehl Photography" was created by me on initial signup.
An employee of GS contacted me (8 days ago) to confirm my email address which I did.
A few days later I contacted "Ki" and asked what will happen to my company now.

My company did not appear until today.
What can I do? I s there maybe a link to create my company again?
