Inappropriate?Sorry. Here's the body of the post.
After uploading my company logo to Get Satisfaction, it looks quite bad. I have made sure to keep the file size under 1.3 kb, which seems to be Get Satisfaction's upper limit. Regardless, it's pretty clear that the problem isn't one of compression.
See, the logo looks fine when viewed at it's full 100 x 100 pixel size. But it seems that when Get Satisfaction actually displays the logo on its website, it downsizes it to 95 x 95. And I believe it's doing this through HTML or CSS, rather than generating a second image at the smaller size, because if I right-click on the image in Firefox and choose "View Image," I am shown the original 100 x 100 px logo.
I have tried uploading a logo at 95 x 95, but it seems that Get Satisfaction automatically increases the size to 100 x 100. As a result, the subsequent downsizing to 95 x 95 for display on the site still creates the same image quality problem.
What can I do? -

This is a bug on our side. We'll make it so that we stop resizing the company logos to 95x95. I'm going to look into fixing this now.
Sorry for the frustration. I'll post back here when I've got it fixed.

Inappropriate?Alright, I've got the fix checked in, and it will get deployed tonight.
I noticed that when your logo is not resized, the "F" in Fluenz gets covered up some by the green plus that we overlay on it. If that is a problem for you, you might want to add some more padding on your logo so that your brand name is legible.
