My employee badge and title don't show up in responses.
I'm an admin for Mozilla, but when I respond to questions, my icon is still the regular icon and it also doesn't add "official rep" (or my chosen title, Volunteer (Un)Official Rep) with my responses. It does however show them under "Company Participation".

Hi Heather and Simone,
I figured out what the problem was. We record a user's "membership" with a company and use it as the basis for granting access to moderation tools, displaying the "employee" box around avatars, and so forth.
Somehow, Heather and Steve had multiple memberships associated with their respective companies, one as a user and one as an employee. I've removed the non-employee memberships and you should start to see your "employee" status appearing on new topics and on old topics as they expire from our cache.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I will look into this problem to make sure it doesn't happen in the future.
I’m disappointed

Inappropriate?Huh. You are correct. That is odd. You haven't changed your logo in the recent past, have you? It won't show your title in-line, but you should have the badge showing.
-
Inappropriate?Nope, I have been a pink cupcake for a while. Oddly, it shows the "employee" version right after I post, but it then goes away when I refresh the page.
And I know it won't display my title, but it should display "official rep" like it does in your reply to me.
I was active on the site before I was promoted to official rep status, so that may be part of the problem. -
Inappropriate? The real problem of this is that my answers are not considered "company answers" when I go back later. This means I can't mark my own answers as "official answers" unless I do it at the time that I post.

Inappropriate?I've put this topic into our ticketing system so we can take a closer look.

Inappropriate?I don't have an update for you yet, but I am working on getting one.

Any progress on this issue? I would really like my responses to be able to be marked "official". -
Inappropriate?Eric, any progress on this issue?

Inappropriate?I am sorry that this is taking so long. I have asked our team to prioritize this, and it is in our Zendesk tracking system, but I haven't been able to get a definitive date for this bug fix.
I’m super sad

Inappropriate?
one of our employees is listed as 'employee' in our company admin section (poken). but when answering a question, he is listed as customer!?
would be great if you could help us out there.

an employee appears as 'customer' when answering on GetSatisfaction.

But why does a employee appear as customer if they only have one account? -
Sorry if I didn't make myself clear, but, as I just explained, the accounts in question have multiple company memberships associated with them. There is a bug in our code allowing this to happen.
Do you know of anyone having a similar issue? -
I only have one account as far as I know but at http://www.getsatisfaction.com/lifech... I am listed as a customer? -
Hi Will,
You're listed as a customer because that's what your company relationship is set to be. :)
You need to visit your control panel and change your company relationship from 'Customer' to something else. You can do so from here: http://getsatisfaction.com/people/use... -
Hey,
Thank you! I had never seen that page before cuz I havn't been listed as an employee long. Thank you! -
Inappropriate?thank you, bill!
we still have to test whether it works now, as the old answers still have the 'customer' appearing.
