My responses to questions don't get posted to the site
I'm trying to respond to some of the questions posted on the TripIt page, but my responses don't seem to make it onto the site. Is there a delay before they show up or is the site for some reason not capturing what I submit?

Inappropriate?Hi Scotth!
Thanks so much for reporting this. Can you tell us what browser you're using?
I’m thankful

im trying to find where i submitt my website to the search engine and can not find where to do that at please email me at john_terberg@yahoo.com -
Hi john,
I'm not sure what you mean. Is this a question about Get Satisfaction or another service? -
Inappropriate?course, if you can't reply, you can't do this... you could email me though. my name at getsatisfaction.com.

Inappropriate?Great, it works now. One other nit issue -- when I click the smiley face below this entry box, it throws me to the top of the page and I have to manually scroll back down to hit the "post reply" button. And then when I click the tag within the smiley face I've selected, it does the same thing again (throws me to the top of the page).
I’m undecided
-
Inappropriate?P.S. I'll probably make the deploy that fixes this tonight, FYI.

Inappropriate?I also just sent Lane two potential bugs (unrelated to this one). I usually find it much easier to include screenshots to convey what the problem is, and I don't see a way to include an image with a post on here... which is why I went the old fashioned route and just sent him an email directly. Have you guys thought about allowing images to be attached to posts on the site?
-
Inappropriate? We do allow image posting, it just has to be done manually within the body of your text using an <img src="..."> HTML tag. We'll eventually have WYSIWYG tools for this.
Thanks for the bug posting!
I’m grateful

Inappropriate?I appear to be having the same problem - with Firefox 1.5 - I write questions, then post respones to them to start things, have the plugin on my site, but it only displays other users responses (not responses to one's own questions).
Please advise.

Inappropriate?Hi Joel, do you mean your responses aren't displaying on getsatisfaction.com/yoursports or did you embed a Satisfaction widget at yoursports.com and that's what isn't displaying your responses?

this solves the problem
-
Inappropriate? It is not displaying on YourSpors (via embed). Only your response is showing, even though I answered my own question. Each one of the questions at the following links should have a response showing. This is FF 1.5,
URL of embed (yes, it is configured to show responses) http://yoursports.com/info.php?page=faq
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Inappropriate? Our widgets don't show responses -- they show the "more details" summary that can be attached to a post. If you do a new post in your Satisfaction site and add more to the "details" box before you submit it you will see those details show up in your widget on your external web site. The "Welcome" post of ours that you see displaying has more details attached to it which is what it's displaying in your widget. It's not displaying any replies. I hope that clears things up for you.

Inappropriate?Hi guys, I'm still finding it really hard to use IE 7.0 on your site. I just had to switch over to Firefox and it's much, much better. Are you still working on making IE 7.0 more usable, or do I just need to remember to launch Firefox before coming to the Satisfaction site?
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Hi Scott. I'm working on fixing up some IE7 bugs. Anything specifically that's holding you back from using the site in IE7?
Update: Found a bug that was cause the topic list layout to display poorly
I’m sad
