Company search for "get satisfaction" or "getsatisfaction" reports no match. However, "satisfaction" does match, hence I'm here.

Inappropriate?Let's assume I just typed it wrong. Strange, though, that "get" matches widgetbox, Getsignoff, langwidget, Image Tile and Carpet and Gydget, but not you guys.

This is weird. I added an image to the above post, it was there for a minute but now it's gone, although the link show's if I click on edit. Website poltergeist? -
Actually, it's there. It's just that the text loads instantly while the image appears to be on an amazon server and takes its sweet time, no?

Maybe S3 was having some hiccups this morning. The image uploads are stored there.

Inappropriate?Yes, "get" doesn't get us, does it? But it should. We have someone working on our search capabilities right now, so hopefully we can get this dialed in to be more sensitive -- and accurate.
Don't necessarily assume that you typed it in wrong. It's definitely a detail we need to tighten up.

Inappropriate?Admittedly our search could be better. We *are* working on it, though it's something I'm doing as a side project in my spare moments between implementing other things.
Right now, we won't turn up for "getsatisfaction" but we will for "get satisfaction" or "satisfaction". I hope to have the search work finished in the next week or two.
