Get Satisfaction

Need to merge two companies.
I've created an official Get Satisfaction premium account (http://getsatisfaction.com/david_wata...). However, there remains an unofficial forum for one product (http://getsatisfaction.com/Xtorrent). I've been confirmed as the owner of both, however I do not want to pay for two separate premium accounts. Please, can you move the Xtorrent product to be within the Spectacular Apps company? Thanks!

Inappropriate?Hi David. You are only being billed for one account. Let me look into the best way for your company and products to be organized and I will get back to you right away. Thanks so much!

Inappropriate?David, I confirmed that we can make the company Xtorrent a product of Spectacular Apps. A developer will need to implement that change, which I think you can expect to happen by early next week. Please let me know if there's anything else we can do for you!

Inappropriate?Hi David,
Basically, what I'll do is put in a redirect such that anyone going to /xtorrent will get redirected to /david_watanabe, and then I'll go ahead and move all of the topics over.
I'll post back here when I've made the change.

Inappropriate?Sounds good. Any update on implementation?

Inappropriate?Another week and no fix - any update?

Inappropriate?Hi David,
Apologies for the delay, this is in the queue to get fixed tomorrow. -

This has been fixed as requested.
The company says
this solves the problem

Inappropriate?http://getsatisfaction.com/Xtorrent still does not redirect, and it's possible to post topics there.
This still leaves me in the situation of having to pay for two accounts, which I am not at all happy with.
I’m frustrated

Looks like that was an oversight...We'll get that fixed. -
Inappropriate? We actually did create this redirect, David. However, it is currently setup for lower-case x only (i.e. http://getsatisfaction.com/xtorrent). We're adding the uppercase X in the next deploy.
-
Inappropriate?Gotcha... that makes sense. I was just confused when I got an email about a topic being created, and then realized that it was within a forum that shouldn't exist.
The big question is... how did a user find their way to that old URL? It looks like it's being exposed when you search for "xtorrent" from your homepage -- both the company and product are pointing at the old/wrong page. Can this be fixed/removed?
Thanks! -
Inappropriate?yeah, I'll fix em both tonight.
