New Company Error
I created a new company and during the submission process there was a network error. The company page 'gamemold' has been created, but I dont see it tied into my account, I cant access it or modify it or anyway, and I cant get the feedback widget, when I click on Get Code it just scrolls halfway down the page. Using FF3.0.1.0

Sorry about the confusion and the error you got in the middle of things.
Anyone can add a company to Get Satisfaction -- even a customer. So you're not associated with the company officially until you complete the employee claim process. From this page: http://getsatisfaction.com/gamemold You'll see a link in the top that says "Employees may sign up here." Click that and submit your claim. Once submitted, it will be manually approved by our community management team which may take a few days.

It can take a few days. We try to be explicit about that. I've approved your claim.

Did you just want to remove that topic you added and replied to? I can remove that for you.
Also, to clarify, with the free version of GS, you can't remove content. If you're interested in the Moderation tools check out this product tour. -

I agree. Also, you would have seen a big green button to move forward with "claiming" your company after you added it but I'm guessing due to the fact that you got an error in the middle of things you didn't see it which then led to further confusion for you. :)
