What are your policies for the companies customer agents? According to your policies, do they have to answer to a meaningful question? It seems like they do not plan to answer my questions at all. But the problems are still real, and the questions still important for me.

Inappropriate?Well, we don't have a policy that says that employees must answer meaningful questions, or any questions for that matter. We encourage them to, but we certainly can't force them to. Also, some companies see us as a more official way to do customer service, but some companies see us as an unofficial way to help customers.
I do think that you asked some good questions, and perhaps reported a bug or two. I'd love it if they responded, but they haven't yet. I'll also vote that topic up so that it is more visible. That's one way we can perhaps get a good answer, by sharing and voting these topics up in the stream. -

I may suggest you that can have separate categories for people registered as company employees. Perhaps you can have lower and higher category of employee registrations, and customers will know from who they can expect a meaningful answer at least.
I am also suggest you that make the "Add a comment" box bigger to be able to edit my answer to you.

We're about to release a redesign of the company home page which will encourage companies to set a specific level of participation -- to set expectations so customers will know if -- and how much -- they participate, as you mention. Very soon.
