No response to report of abusive post
Why do abusive and offensive attacks on our customers on Get Satisfaction go unanswered for so long? We reported an Inappropriate comment, but have heard no replies for four days. Such attacks are highly damaging and must be removed more promptly - else Get Satisfaction is too much of a risk to use.

Inappropriate?Hi, Andy. We do our best to respond quickly. If you use the company tools (http://getsatisfaction.com/premium) you can remove inappropriate content immediately. If not, we need to investigate and make sure the content violates our community guidelines.
I don't see a flag from you, but I see one in your company section from yesterday. Is that the same one or is there a different one from four days ago? Perhaps I'm missing it. Can you point me to this topic or reply that you feel is attacking you? -
