Not able to become an "employee"
I'm an employee of my company, but I'm not able to get "employee" status on GetSatisfaction. I've made claim requests, with my work email address, and it never does anything and I have yet to get a verification email (I've checked the junk folder). My co-worker, who is an admin, also can't find a way to verify me or invite me or anything.

Inappropriate? So we found a way for the admin to add me. It's under Accounts & Roles. It would still have been nice if I hadn't needed to trouble him to find out. =)
I’m happy

Inappropriate? That doesn't sound good. I'm looking at the last month of claims, and I am not seeing an employee claim from your email address. Not sure what went wrong here, but I am definitely glad that you were able to be added. Sorry if it was a difficult process.

Inappropriate?Hm... unfortunately, I seem to be added in some ways (e.g. I have a "management" tab now), but it doesn't seem to be fully done. For example, I'm still presented with the "Support this product" type links which take me to the new claim request page. I also wasn't able to dissociate an incorrect product from a post.
Should I just try to make another request? Maybe from another browser? (I'm using FF3 on Vista...) I've already made three requests spread out, I've tried logging out and back in, etc.
Thanks for your help so far!
I’m undecided

Inappropriate?Let's first try logging out and logging back in. You are listed as an Official Rep, so you shouldn't be pushed to the claim page.
I’m sad

Inappropriate? That seemed to help a bit. To clarify, I don't get the "Support your *company*" link (it knows I'm an employee of my company), but when I want to support a product, I get the "Support this *product*" link, which takes me to the page to request that I'm an employee of the *company*. (It just checks the box for the particular product.)
