Inappropriate? We hear you. We're working on a new approach to identity and sign-in that will minimize this kind of hurdle. To date we have taken a more conservative approach to decrease spam and minimize anonymous user behavior problems.
By the way, we do provide companies the option to install a single sign-in component that allows them to pass in logged in users so that they don't have to register or sign in. More info here: http://getsatisfaction.com/developers... -
We would like to use Get Satisfaction as part of our iPhone apps. However, our users are not signed in and it is problematic to ask them to create a user login on the iPhone. When do you expect to have a new solution ready and how will it look? Are there any way to get around this problem today? BTW, do you guys want to see our Get Satisfaction iPhone layouts? -
i'll let thor respond to the login issues but i for one would LOVE to see your iphone layouts! so cool! -
Inappropriate?Great design! We're working on the new login solution now. I'll make sure the team working on the new solution see these. I will be posting more on our upcoming identity/login update soon (we're still working out details).

We would love to be your testing partner. -
And we wouldn't mind being a Get Satisfaction showcase. -
Inappropriate? My pleasure. I hope the log in issue gets resolved asap so we can launch this feature on all our iPhone apps. We're ready when you are.

Inappropriate?Dear Get Satisfaction, we can't use your solution unless this is resolved. Any news? We don't want to require our customers to log on to Get Satisfaction to leave a message...

Inappropriate?Contact me directly at thor at getsatisfaction.com and we'll see what we can do.
