Inappropriate?To clarify, my getsatisfaction dashboard has a place for products and companies, and for favourite products and companies. They say "You haven't added any products or companies yet." But there's no clues about how to add them.

OK, I found that by searching for companies and products and pressing "I am a customer" or rating the products they appear in my dashboard.
