Our production doesn't show up in the product search.
You can find our company "Ma.gnolia" using the company search, but not our only product with the same name using the product search.

Inappropriate?Huh. I wonder if it has something to do with the dot? I'll have the developers look into it.
-
Inappropriate? Our indexing process had stalled... It's now chugging through the products at the moment.
-
Inappropriate? The dot has been a troublemaker elsewhere. It's a good place to start looking.
I’m confident

Inappropriate?Today, I was posting a question for Microsoft and in the product search I couldn't find good ol' Internet Explorer:

but the product by that name is registered with MS:

Please check.
I’m a bit confused

Inappropriate?I've been able to reproduce this, and will log the ticket. Tomorrow is our bug fix day and if it doesn't get done then I'll get it done over the weekend.

Thanks, Scott. -
Inappropriate?Scott,
Same thing is happening to us - our company is recognized (ChurchPost) but a product listed with our company (ChurchReply) doesn't show up in search - can you help? -
Inappropriate?Hi John,
When did you add ChurchPost to your community? -
Inappropriate? We added ChurchPost to GetSatisfaction a few months ago - at the same time, we added ChurchReply as a product. At the time, neither was coming up in search results - then the company appeared (ChurchPost), but neither ChurchPost nor ChurchReply appears under Products.
Thanks!
John -
Inappropriate?Ok. I've logged it in our bug tracking queue. Thanks for letting us know, John.
-
Inappropriate?Amy - any updates to the ChurchReply.com product listing in search results?
Thanks!
John
