Password reset link bounces to the login page with an error message

I'm trying to reset my password. When I click the confirmation/reset link in the email that is sent, I get bounced to a get satisfaction login page with the error message on top stating that "That email address is not registered." Any thoughts? It's kind of a catch 22. I had to create another account to post this message.
