please respond to my query about costs
I've sent a message a few times, asking for someone to contact me about pricing and options for the pro package. I've had no response so far. I'm building a site for a client in which we will be asking visitors for their ideas on our project. We don't expect high volumes of traffic but we do want to be able to customise the look and feel and don't want to display advertising. All I want to know is the likely cost.

When you say you sent the email through the Web site, we don't have a "Contact Us" type of form, but if you can point me to the page where you did that or have any more information, it would be much appreciated. I want to make sure I'm not missing something. Thanks again. -

Inappropriate?Hi jennilloyd. Help Center is free but is open source and unsupported. We're putting all our future development into the core product. There's a limit of how many API calls you get in the free account, which applies to the Help Center, too.
