Post title or post summary encoding
When posting question, idea or anything else and giving your posa a title in non-latin symbols (e.g., in Russian), system thinks there's no title at all :(

oh, I'm sure you can fix it :) The easyest way is to title untitled postings with something like "Problem with %tag%" or "Idea about %tag%". This is the way to always have titles - even if they are in Russian or Chinese :)) I believe, you're cool enough to do something like this! :)
