Private feedback shows up as public
Feedback that was intended to be private was instead posted publicly to our get satisfaction forum. The person has contacted me privately via email, and he says that he checked "private" on the feedback form. In fact, I received a private feedback email, but it is also showing up as a public post.

Inappropriate?That doesn't sound right. I am going to remove that topic ASAP, and would you be able to email me the email notification you received. I'm eric [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com. I will look into this immediately and make sure something isn't broken here.
Also, if possible, point me to the page on your site where the Feedback Widget appears -- or the page that this person may have used the widget.
