Problem at logging in with Windows Live ID!
Unfortunately this problem has come with the new appearance of Get Satisfaction.
I used Windows Live ID for logging in Get Satisfaction. I could login with it now as well, but when I went to the Yola's page suddenly I found that I was not logged in there. It's not good, I cannot post anything at this particular customer supporting community with my existing account. Please, help!

Yola recently turned on a feature we offer called domain aliasing that makes the web address of their community match their main domain (it's now a forum.yola.com). I suspect this change was the cause of your frustration. I'm going to look into this and see how we can remedy. Many apologies for the frustration. You should be able to login at Yola's community with your Get Satisfaction account (use your email address and a password that you can set on this page: http://getsatisfaction.com/me/login_o...).

Thank you for your quick reply. I followed your instructions and yes, I could log in succesfully, but I had to log in twice. I also had to log in at the yola forum page for the second time. Anyway, problem solved!
