Problem Management and Resolution
If there is a problem, is there a way to show that it has been resolved? Also, is there a way to assign problems, ideas, etc. to employees?

Absolutely! When you are an official rep, you can assign a status to both Problems and Ideas when replying:

There is currently no way to assign a problem to a particular employee like you might do with a trouble ticket system. I would suggest you use our sharing feature to send topics to your employees for a response. That's what we do in our office and it works like a charm. You'll find the sharing tool in the right sidebar.

Inappropriate?Very cool, thanks for the tips. One future feature that might be cool, would be for an "official rep" to claim a problem, idea, or discussion. It is critical (at least in my organization) that employees know who is working on the issue.

Amy, The status setting is exactly what I was looking for. I applied for my official rep status for Bering Strait School District and can't wait to get it. We are currently investigating better ways to manage trouble ticket type issues.
