Problem with feedback page widget
We have started to use your feedback back widget page, but when our customers try to edit the grey text within the form boxes (descripe your idea, sum it up with a short title etc) they can not delete this text, so the text the want to write appears over the top... looking messy.
Have we done something wrong, all we did was copy the code into our feedback page?

Inappropriate?Hey, Vicky. Sorry to hear you're having problems. You should just be able to paste that code in, so I don't think you've done anything wrong.
Can you point me to the widget on your site? I want to make sure I understand what is happening. I don't see it, but I'm probably just not finding the right page.
