Problem with Feedback Widget, clickthrough textbox

Problem with Feedback Widget. In IE 7 & IE 8, you can click through the text box with your mouse.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open IE 7 or IE 8
2. Go to http://akoha.com
3. Click on feedback widget on right-hand side
4. Inside the Idea box text field, move mouse around - you'll see that you can click a link that's on the webpage instead of the widget.
