Problems using the Feedback widget in both IE and Firefox

Unable to submit feedback for my website using GetSatisfaction. Are there temporary server issues going on?

Whenever I try to open the Feedback window using Firefox, the feedback window opens half way and won't accept text or respond to any clicking.

When I tried in Internet Explorer, it worked the first few times but then stopped responding when I tried to submit a question/problem/idea. The pop up box allowed me to enter text, scroll up and down, but not submit.

I first noticed this last night and would love any help.

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

I'll check with the dev folks and see if we have had any server-related problems. Might help if we can access the page(s) to take a look. If you can't share that here, maybe eric [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com.

I don't seem to have these problems with Safari or Firefox 3.0.114 for Mac. This is a hosted environment provided by Shopify, is that correct? Our widgets can sometimes have conflicts in these kinds of situations, in particular in PHP/blogging environments. Hard for us to support all of these instances. Is it possible to take a screen shot of what you're seeing?
