What is the best image size for my avatar on Get Satisfaction?

Hi All,

What is the ideal image size for user profile pictures?

I created a 55x55px image (to fit the preview in my profile), but it stretches quite badly when viewing my public profile page.

Am I right in thinking that 100x100px is the maximum that you use, so would that be the best size to go for?
