recent inappropriate postings

We've had two recent postings that are inappropriate in some way and I believe they may be from a disgruntled (ex)employee. I'm curious to know if the two topics that have been removed recently came from the same IP Address? I'm also wondering if they came from inside our company IP address range? - 204.11.244.0 to 204.11.247.255
