Can I redirect my company's Get Satisfaction URL to our company's support section?

We don't do auto-redirects, but we provide you the ability to add an official company message that sits at the top of the page. If you're logged in as an admin of your company on Get Satisfaction, you can go to your admin page, click the Company Details link on the left, and on that page you'll find a field captioned "Message to your community." You can write out any message you like, including links to your main support area.

You can also set links to your various primary support pages at the bottom of that same page.
