Reduce number of steps to post an issue

Hi there,
I'm sorry you were frustrated with the steps to take. We're constantly working on improving the tools for customers and companies. Specifically, we're trying to create a public place for answering questions, solving problems, sharing ideas, etc, for everyone's benefit. Doing it via email creates huge problems for everyone--more work for companies (no relief from repetitive support issues) and slower responses for individuals. And by doing it publicly the whole community can participate to add their input.

If you're talking about the Post a New Topic page, we know this can be simplified. We'd like it to be more like our feedback widget, which is as simple as posting an email. Would this make you feel better? Or is there something else about the model that doesn't work for you?
