Go to the admin section for your company. In the "Your products" area, hit "delete" which appears next to the name and logo of the product.

Inappropriate?Right. I found it now... Im finding the navigation of getsatisfaction very confusing.
To delete my product I kept going to :

which gives you no options to delete.
so I went into my product... and although there is an option to edit, there is no option to delete.
"site administration" is not an obvious phrase for a place to delete products for me.

Inappropriate?That is the page that everyone can see -- customers, employees, anyone. We put the ability to edit products in the admin section. Otherwise, anyone could delete all of your products without your permission. Let me know how you would prefer that this be done.

Inappropriate?Well, you do have the option to edit or delete but only from the admin section. If you're a customer, you won't see this option, nor could you access the admin section.

Inappropriate?I'm confused. I'm in my admin section and see an option to edit the product but not to delete it. Also, when I try to remove a product from a topic, it gives me a dialog box to confirm that I want it removed, but nothing changes. Can someone explain? BTW, I'm an admin. -
Inappropriate?Deb: If a product has a lot of topics associated with it, you can't delete it. The idea is to prevent accidental loss of that data.
When you are trying to remove a product from a topic, you should be able to do that. Is this happening in one specific topic, or in every topic where you've tried this? -

The dialog box seems to be successful, but the product is not removed. Essentially, I'm trying to remove the product from all the topics and then delete the product. -

Inappropriate?Yes, that's the one. I've tried to go through and make sure that each topic has our "real" product associated with it (reQall). Hopefully that means that when we delete "Using reQall with iCal" none of the topics will go away. Is that what will happen? Or are we likely to lose some topics? If so, then we may just have to leave it in.

i'll post my issue here instead of starting a new topic with the same title.
I want to leave just one product for Qik Inc., i.e. Qik. That means that "Qiklife" and "Qik for WM" should be removed. It would be great if you could merge them all to "Qik" product if possible.
Appreciate your help on that.
