Remove phone numbers from title, body and URL

Feature request: Please remove phone number from URLs, body and title.

e.g. http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_me... is an example of somebody with their phone number

Even better would be to prompt user if a phone number is detected with a message like:

We don't want folks calling you, and that looks like a phone number in your title (or topic body),please consider editing it out. Otherwise, you can go ahead and post it but be aware that your phone number will be in the title/url/body of your topic.
